The Folger Theatre performed their production of Maxwell Anderson's Elizabeth the Queen from March 22 to May 4, 2003. The production was nominated for two Helen Hayes Awards, including Outstanding Sound Design, Resident Production, for Scott Burgess, and Outstanding Lead Actress, Resident Play, Michael Learned.
