Erin Blake became Head of Collection Information Services at the Folger Shakespeare Library in 2014, after 14 years as the Folger's Curator of Art & Special Collections. She holds a Ph.D. in Art History from Stanford University, and is a faculty member of Rare Book School at the University of Virginia, where she teaches “Introduction to the History of Book Illustration” every other summer.
