Questions and issues
- Not enough visual distinction between the sections with level 2 headings or lower. Add horizontal lines? Bold? --Deborah J. Leslie 18:02, 18 March 2014 (EDT)

- Critical warning at top of page to indicate serious deficiency with content
- Moderate warning at top of page to indicate need for review before using
- Mild warning at top to suggest editing of contents would be in order
