We probably shouldn't name this page "HBCNs," although the term (certainly) and its explanation (probably) should be included. Wording of Folgerpedia HBCNs

There seems to be in the ether a fairly standard array of language strength in introducing advisory or precautionary statements. See, for example, [[1]]
