Decimal system for interpolating numbers in STC and in Wing

The following information is a transcription of the old typewritten Decimal System for Interpolating Numbers in STC and in Wing. Folger catalogers used these instructions to derive call numbers for STC and Wing books before they were enumerated in later editions of those bibliographies.
