On Monday January 18, 2021 the O.B. Hardison Poetry Series presented poets Camonghne Felix, Julian Randall, and Joseph Ross and actors Sara Barker, Fatima Quander, and James Johnson to celebrate the work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. This pre-recorded virtual event featured contemporary poetry alongside historical speeches from Dr. King, Gandhi, Frederick Douglass, Malcolm X, James Baldwin, and others.
