This was a Fall Semester Seminar 1974 led by Jeanne Addison Roberts

The Seminar will be devoted to an intensive study of Shakespeare's King Lear. Included will be an analysis of textual problems, a study of sources and adaptations, and historical analysis of the criticism of the play.

Director: Jeanne Addison Roberts is Dean of Faculties of Professor of Literature at American University. She is the editor of a forthcoming Merry Wives of Windsor Variorum and the South Carolina old-spelling edition of The Tempest.
