From 2018-2020, he served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow on the ''Before 'Farm to Table': Early Modern Foodways and Cultures'' Mellon project.

Biography

Jack Bouchard is an Assistant Professor at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, where he teaches environmental history. From 2018-2020, he served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow on the Before 'Farm to Table': Early Modern Foodways and Cultures Mellon project.
