L.f.218 is in Latin and seems to be a list of legal charges given to ‘goodwiff Ivery’ regarding the case ‘Hale’ versus ‘Same’. L.f.218 is in Latin and seems to be a list of legal charges given to ‘goodwiff Ivery’ regarding the case ‘Hale’ versus ‘Same’. The heading at the top of the page tells us the charges were made during the 29th regnal year of Elizabeth I’s reign ‘per xxix Elizabeth Regine’. (Line 1, referring to the 29th regnal year of Elizabeth 1st, 17th November 1586 – 16th November 1587.)
