O.B. Hardison Poetry Series hosted the reading Before & After: Poets Respond to Two Gentlemen of Verona, in which two local poets, Michael Gushue and Regie Cabico, responded to the Fiasco Theater's production of The Two Gentlemen of Verona (Fiasco Theater, 2014). The original work of the poets explored themes from the play, in a unique lyrical communication between genres. Before & After was held in the Folger's Elizabethan Theatre on May 9, 2014 from 6pm to 7pm; the event was free and open to the public, with a recommended RSVP.
