The Folger Theatre presented their production of The Tempest from October 28 to December 3, 2000. Scott Burgess and Dan Covey won Helen Hayes Awards, "Outstanding Sound Design, Resident Play or Musical," and "Outstanding Lighting Design, Resident Play or Musical" respectively for their work in the production. Janet Alexander Griffin was the Artistic Producer, and Janet M. Clark was the Production Manager.
