David Goldstein

Biography

David B. Goldstein, a scholar, critic, poet, and former food journalist, is Associate Professor of English and Creative Writing Program Coordinator at York University in Toronto, Canada. He is the author of Eating and Ethics in Shakespeare’s England, among other works. He writes about food-sharing in literary, philosophical, religious, and historical contexts. He served as Co-Director of Before 'Farm to Table': Early Modern Foodways and Cultures from 2017-2021.
