Instead of aisles, banks, and shelves, the staff-only CaiaSoft system identifies locations based on:

  • ranges (numbered left to right)
  • ladders (numbered toward the wall)
  • steps (numbered bottom to top)


Two sets of shelves facing each other, faces numbered left to right as "ranges", banks numbered toward wall as "ladders", and shelves numbered bottom to top as "steps"
