Folger Consort performed The Elizabethan Muse: William Shakespeare, William Byrd, and John Dowland from January 5 to January 6, 2007. Performed in the English Gothic nave of the Washington National Cathedral, the program celebrated masterpieces by two of Shakespeare's greatest musical contemporaries.
