Biography
Jonathan MacDonald served as the Project Coordinator of Before 'Farm to Table': Early Modern Foodways and Cultures from 2017-2020. Jonathan holds an MA in History from Virginia Tech and is currently a PhD student in American Studies at Brown University, where he studies film and television, United States cultural history, and the history of the social and behavioral sciences.
