domini one thowsand six hundred and Eleaven et regni Regis domini nostri
Iacobi nono I William Meyricke Parson of St Michaells
Crooked Lane in London being god be thancked for it of good
and perfecte remembrance revokeing all former wills doe
make or and ordaine this my Last will and Testament
in manner and forme followeing ffirst I Comitt my soule and
bodye to god my Creator to Iesus Christ my Redeemer
and Saviour and to the holy ghost my Comforter three
persons in one eternall and most glorious godhead trustinge and
most fully assuringe my selfe that god of his infinite
mercy throughe faith in the death and passion of his sonne
Christe Iesus according to his blessed word and promise will
pardon and forgiue me all my sinnes and soe to be receaved
